During my most difficult time, I was truly grateful for their help and assistance. My dog, Xiao Hei, passed away around 10 PM on Saturday, just three days before the Lunar New Year. I was heartbroken, lost, and helpless at that moment, unable to accept its sudden departure and unsure of who to contact… until I found them online.
